Register via Liveheats by Friday 5pm before the comp day.

Heats are announced on LiveHeats on the morning of comp day or Friday evening. Please keep the full day free (around 7am–4pm, depending on heats) as timings may change.

Staying for the day also helps you connect with members, assist with judging, and be part of the club community. Help with setup and pack-down is always appreciated.

Make sure you are around at least 15mins before your heat time, pick up your comp rashie from the FBI tent at South end of Freshie in front of Pilu and paddle out ~5mins before your heat.

If you can’t make it to the comp, please cancel via Liveheats by Friday. If you can’t make it on the day, please contact the club via Instagram DM. It is important to do this as the heat time changes depending on the attendee numbers.

If conditions are unsuitable, the club will announce any changes on Instagram Stories and the members WhatsApp group on the morning of the event. If a reschedule is possible, the new date will be announced later.

Post comp presentation is 15-20 mins after the last heat of the day. Make sure to stick around and claim your prize!
